Longview Weddings

With sweeping views of the Berkshires, Taconics, and Green Mountains on our hilltop farm, we offer a beautiful and unique site for your wedding ceremony and reception. We work closely with superb local producers and vendors for all your wedding needs. Our rural location in Pownal, Vermont is only 15 minutes from the charming towns of Williamstown, MA and Bennington, VT. Pownal is a 3-hour drive from both NYC and Boston and is less than an hour from the Albany International Airport and Rensselaer Amtrak station. Across the road from our farm is Karin's Place, a large timber-framed home and retreat that sleeps up to 30 guests and is the perfect setting for your wedding party accommodations and rehearsal dinner.

Exclusive weekend use of our property from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning

Garbage bins and trash removal

Not included:

Caterer or catering kitchen
Wedding tent, tables, or chairs
Linens, glasses, dishes, and serving utensils
Flowers, DJ, or musicians
Photographer
Portable restrooms trailer

Pricing:

$3,000 weekend wedding package includes all amenities listed above
$500 security deposit upon rental agreement

Policies:

General liability event insurance required
Longview Farm wedding coordinator will review all event details for final approval
Venue capacity is 150 guests
No smoking
Alcohol served by a licensed bartender/caterer
Music wrapped up by 11 p.m.
Longview Farm is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property left on the farm
Additional fees will be charged for any farm property damages caused by wedding guests
