For more than a decade, the farm has supplied pastured meats to regional restaurants and developed a practical, place-based and seasonal approach to cooking—recognized in The Vermont Farm Table Cookbook: 150 Home Grown Recipes from the Green Mountain State.
Each kit includes pre-portioned ingredients and step-by-step recipes for preparing meals in your farm kitchen - or take home - using products from the farm, including our USDA certified lamb and veal cuts, foraged foods from the woods, and select ingredients from neighboring producers, including dairy, maple syrup, and charcuterie.
Breakfast and dinner options are available and vary by season, reflecting what is at its peak. Selections can be adjusted for dietary preferences and needs.
